Welcome to our small-group exercise classes, where we tailor a program for you to help you get stronger and live more confidently.
Small groups (4 people max) enable our Physios to supervise individualised programs within the class.
Classes are suitable for any age and activity level and are also perfect for post-surgery recovery and rehabilitation.
We especially encourage over-50's to consider these classes.
Classes are run continuously, with assessment both before and throughout, when needed, to track progress.

HIP AND KNEE ARTHRITIS MANAGEMENT CLASS
Evidenced based exercises to strengthen hips, knees and core to better manage pain and improve function of
arthritic hip and knee joints.
HEALTHY LIVING & AGING - STRENGTH AND FUNCTION CLASS
Evidenced based exercises to improve overall strength, everyday function, bone health, joint health,
muscular health, posture and pain levels.
HEALTHY LIVING & AGING - STRENGTH AND BALANCE CLASS
Evidenced based exercises to build muscle strength, improve pain levels, improve balance, coordination and reaction time, to help maintain confidence for everyday tasks.
HYDROTHERAPY CLASSES
Supervised hydrotherapy classes targeted at a range of conditions including pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility improvement, balance and strengthening.
The Physiotherapist conducts the classes in the pool with you.
Our classes are based at Minda in North Brighton, with specialised pool access and facilities.

Call the clinic on 8297 6533 or book online to organise an appointment for a pre-class assessment with any physio.
The physio will establish a physical baseline and relevant exercises and goals for your recommended class.
