  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST/DIRECTOR

    Mark is a very passionate physio and owner of Adelaide Physiocare, having been instilled in the clinic since 2006.

    Above all, Mark’s focus is centred on providing a welcoming, personable, empowering, friendly and professional clinic and physio style that is highly effective and inviting to all members of the community.

    As an active person and father of three energetic young daughters, he is a physio who understands all too well the frustration that pain and injuries entail!

    Mark trained in Adelaide, and prior to to beginning his family was lucky to travel widely around the world to build up a wealth of life experience and knowledge in the field of physio.

    Mark has advanced training in TMJ/jaw physio and industry leading dry needling.

    Mark consults Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    We have been so thrilled to welcome Amanda Cao to the Adelaide Physiocare team in 2022! A truly delightful person and incredibly experienced and caring physio, Amanda totally embodies the ethos of our clinic and is passionate about providing professional, warm and quality care and support to patients.

    Amanda is a musculoskeletal, sports and pelvic health trained physio who can treat absolutely everything, but her specialty skillset and deep passion is her Women's and Men’s Health (Pelvic Floor Specialty Physio) and Pregnancy Care Physio.

    Outside of the clinic you will find Amanda mostly with her young family, but also hand-standing somewhere (yes she is a hand-stand instructor!), doing yoga or acro-yoga, CFS volunteering or training for marathon ocean swimming events.

    Amanda has just returned from Maternity leave and is consulting on Tues, Wed and Sat mornings.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Jase is an incredibly personable, dynamic and progressive physio and has been a mainstay of Adelaide Physiocare since 2012.

    Being Dad to his delightful two daughters and trying to dominate Wed night social basketball keeps him active and busy!

    Jase has a very effective and unique balance to his physio, having equipped himself with both leading Sports Physio training and advanced behavioural based Chronic Pain management.

    From this he has become our clinic leader in both fields - managing people with Chronic Pain issues and high level sports rehab, especially in the gym. He is also an exceptional provider of dry needling and manual therapy techniques.

    Jase consults Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri & some Sat’s.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Paul is the most recent member to our close-knit team and are very excited with his growth since joining the clinic as a new-graduate at the beginning of 2024.

    Paul has progressed exceptionally and is a naturally thorough, calm, optimistic and progressive person and physio. He has added a huge amount of strength to the team, with a real eye for detail, natural problem-solving skills and believing in thorough assessment and education as the cornerstone of his treatment. He has natural hands-on and dry needling skills, and is at home in the clinic gym.

    From leading a personally active life mostly through cycling and gym, Paul has a natural ability in implementing exercise therapy, whether in the gym setting with weight training or at home through independent rehab programs.

    Paul consults Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat.

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    We have been very excited to have Mon in the Adelaide Physiocare family since 2020! Mon is an incredible person and a highly talented physio, having a wide variety of skills. She has advanced skills and interest with the treatment of Vertigo and Dizziness disorders and is our leader in this field within the clinic. She also has a special interest in TMJ pain and associated disorders.

    Her passion is to provide skilled hands-on therapy (including dry needling) with her exercise prescription both for home and in the gym, and is always very invested in getting her patients goals reached and back to the life they want.

    Mon’s different experiences in life and physio makes her an incredibly well-rounded physiotherapist with a very holistic approach to treatment.

    In addition to her physio abilities, Mon is also a wonderful mother of two and incredible artist - a triple threat!

  • PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Having Eleni join the team in 2024 has been incredible! Eleni is a delightful person and a very dedicated and empowering physio.

    Eleni predominant interest is Women’s Health and pelvic Floor physio, working as a lead physio at FMC and Noarlunga Hospital in Women's Health Outpatients, with experience also in maternity wards caring for antenatal and postnatal women, in addition to working here.

    Eleni feels her passion is to educate women about the importance of their pelvic health and to enhance their overall quality of life by improving their social lives, professional lives, fitness, and sexual relationships. She also enjoys helping clients with general musculoskeletal issues by guiding them in goal setting and providing exercise prescription for long-term management.

    In addition to work, Eleni loves spending time with her husband and two children, cooking, experiencing new restaurants, travelling and keeping fit with group fitness training!

    Eleni consults on Thurs afternoons.

  • MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Fernando is a truly talented masseur and delightful person who is incredibly committed to his patients and craft. We are so excited to have him in the Adelaide Physiocare team delivering his wonderful style of massage!

    In addition to his massage in the clinic, Fernando is also a trainer and assessor at one of Adelaide's remedial massage schools.

    Out of the clinic Fernando loves spending time with his young family, practicing martial arts, gardening and making amazing sourdough bread!

    Fernando consults Tues, Thurs and Sat.

  • PRACTICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATION

    Incredibly, Maria has been with Adelaide Physiocare since our creation over 30 years ago! She brings unrivalled experience, personality, warmth and motivation to the clinic.

    When you meet Maria you realise she always has others’ well being at heart and this puts her in a wonderful position to be front and centre when you walk through the doors.

    Outside of the clinic Maria is kept busy with her big and loveable extended family, or planning her next 5km walk/run event!

    Maria is at the clinic Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and Sat.

  • ADMINISTRATION

    Leanne is an unquestionable superstar and mainstay of the Physiocare team with an incredible almost 20 years at the clinic!

    Leanne is an invaluable personality at the front desk and brings organisation, creativity and social connection, awlays having an invested interest when you enter the clinic.

    Outside the clinic she is kept busy with the cutest of grandson’s and her incredible baking skills!

    Lea is at the clinic Tue, Wed, Thur and Fri.
