“The pelvis is closely associated with

our greatest abilities and disabilities,

our greatest romances and tragedies,

our greatest pleasures and pains”

( Fryette 1954 )

Pelvic health and pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, sexual dysfunction and pain are an all-too-common struggle for so many people, and can have significant impact on quality and enjoyment of life. In addition to that pelvic health issues are also not always well assessed, managed or understood by your standard health professional. We are very fortunate to have recently welcomed Amanda Cao to our passionate and close-knit physio team. Amanda is a specialist Pelvic Health Physio and is experienced and dedicated to help women, men and children who experience a range of distressing pelvic floor problems regain their quality of life and well-being.

With regards to pregnancy, female bodies experience huge changes and demands in many ways over a short period of time - physical, hormonal, spiritual and emotional.
